Do you have some special knowledge of change there that should encompass this?

What is "ipu"? Intel® Infrastructure Processing Unit? If yes, does it apply to
NVidia GPUs? I can't fathom a connection. Does 6.13 have some radical change to
KMS/DRM since the initial failure in 6.7 that wasn't yet present in 6.8, 6.9,
6.10, 6.11 or 6.12.4?

This has been the same since 6.7. I can't be more time specific as I didn't have
this GPU when the first of 6.7s appeared.
