That's no longer the case with flash drives. You can easily use a bigger
one. And for Beta purposes, it really doesn't matter whether we've hit

longer even block Beta on optical media (that's just Final), so even the
optical case no longer applies there.
For these reasons, I believe it makes sense to target the Final
milestone with the size requirements, instead of Beta.
