Probably. The issue is anaconda reinstall means repartion and reformat boot. (Or maybe it's reformat everything except ESP, and the filesystem containing /home which is automatically reused for the new installation.) Anyway ideally it would just reuse the existing boot even though it's smaller than the current default.
