Probably. The issue is anaconda reinstall means repartion and reformat boot. 
(Or maybe it's reformat everything except ESP, and the filesystem containing 
/home which is automatically reused for the new installation.)

Anyway ideally it would just reuse the existing boot even though it's smaller 
than the current default. The bug is an unfortunate consequence of the late 
change proposal.
