Hi all test developers,
I'd like to ask for code review of Netcat test suite.
Notable changes from the last time a webrev was produced:
- typeset used throughout all ksh scripts, expr substituted
with internal ksh arithmetics
- check for STC2_NC_PATH being executable in common_startup()
- more tests (3 test purposes) to cover the following CR:
6691241 more strict checking for -l flag in nc
The test suite has got 50 test purposes as of now. 3 of them fail
because of the above CR (will be integrated in build 90).

I would appreciate not only review of the ksh scripts but also README
