also new in powerd (chris missed the changelog from intermediate
powerd release 14):
- implement option 'b' from the devel thread -- a keypress
will now wake the laptop from a blank screen idle-suspend.
- fix wake-on-wlan to work properly
- lengthen idle timeouts: 15s to suspend, 3 min to dim,
7 min to blank, and then 4 hours to shutdown.
