This is my first attempt to make a comment to this Listserv. It concerns a topic that
may have been beaten to death, but I would like to make a statement and leave it at
that. Do with it as you please.

The question or comment again was raised again at today's meeting as to whom would
verify the certification companies. I would like to offer a thought. I would
envision these companies might wish to test among themselves. This way they could
work out the differences between themselves. The reason being, as least in my mind,
that by testing against themselves, they would be working towards a consensus within
the industry as to what the Federal Regulations are stating. In the long run, by
cooperating between themselves, would these companies be offering a better product to
their clients. This would also imply their products are not error free because they
themselves are going to someone else to verify their product. Not a great selling
point to a prospective client. But then again, this maybe old hat, and brought up
before. As I've been told, there is nothing new within the world of ours.

May your day be peaceful!
