Bob,

Please respond with details of your certification.  This is not a personal attack, but 
selling tickets to "Certified" instruction and training is becoming more and more 
abundent, while the level of understanding associated with the HIPAA act becomes more 
and more clouded as it is applied to medical claims, and their associated situations.

Please elaborate on your certification.
