Is anyone ready to test 278 Requests for Review and Referral? I work for HSAG, which performs review and precertification for group plans.
We have implemented a system to process and respond to 278 transactions, and we are especially interested in testing requests for precertification for elective and diagnostic procedures and concurrent review.
