I have a small problem with pdflatex/hyperref - one of my chapters appears as a node of another chapter in the pdf's bookmarks. All the other chapters are fine. Is there something I can put in the latex source to try and stop hyperref/pdflatex getting confused? At the moment I have chapter 1 chapter 2
