Hello,
this is probably simple, but I don't find the cause of the problem: I
wanted to add hyphenation patterns for spanish to the LaTeX on my system
(Linux/SuSE 7.0) and thus activated spanish in language.dat; subsequent
format generation seemed to be ok. I also have loaded babel with the
spanish option. However,
when compiling I get the warning:
(/usr/share/texmf/tex/generic/babel/spanish.ldf
(/usr/share/texmf/tex/generic/babel/babel.def)
Package babel Warning: No hyphenation patterns were loaded for
(babel) the language `Spanish'
(babel) I will use the patterns loaded for \language=0
instead.
What am I missing?
