Hello to you all! I am using teTeX on Solaris 8 and it is working fine, unless this problem with the Euro-sign. Here is a quick rundown what I have done so far:
- Installed Adobe's Frutiger-Font - Characters are working fine (including "Umlaute") - If I type the "euro"-sign on my machine, I get a "currency" in the .dvi - So far this seems to be ok, as on Solaris I am typing an "currency" in my X-Server but this gets re-mapped so I se an Euro on my screen. Is there any possebility to change the mapping of the characters for TeX = I'd like to get an Euro-sign when I type one? Thanks for your help in advance! Torsten.
