I never understood the penchant people seem to have for putting
\endinput at the end of various files, so I'd say omit it, but maybe
others on the list can enlighten us.
A long time ago editors on certain operating systems coming out of redmond had a habit ending files with an explicit ^Z that often ended up being typeset. Best wishes, Taco
