just a note to the two of you. I have now created
http://www.tug.org/svn/texhyphen/trunk/hyph-utf8/source/generic/hyph-utf8/languages/tr/generate_patterns_tr.rb?revision=177&view=markup
(notes need to be fixed)
and commited the new patterns *without* any non-modern-turkish
letterns (the old patterns were indeed leftovers of ottoman turkish
encoding).
I have never seen the original of Turgut's patterns, but if circumflex
makes sense in modern Turkish, I can add it again. I will try to read
and process your latest mails later.
