No, no, no. Mea culpa. I'm sorry. Error. Removed.
hyph-utf8 has zero connection with ConTeXt and is not used in ConTeXt
at all, I just thought for a while that you were mirorring each
package separately & that you add them manually since you need to
maintain descriptions and all that.
I indeed wanted to request mirroring at some point, but I'll put the
files somewhere else.

On the contrary, we might need to request mirorring of "some" more
stuff, but not at this moment yet.
