​In mine too.  I feel sure Levan intends his Georgian patterns to be
distributed freely.  Mojca, I think you should add the LPPL license
statement to the top of the file, tell Levan what you've done (and it's
basis in the mailman post you
cited<http://tug.org/pipermail/tex-hyphen/2013-February/000921.html>),
and offer him the opportunity to object if he wishes, as long as it's
before the new TL goes out.
