Hello, I am not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I am trying to create hyphenation rules for a UTF-8 language (Khmer). I've tried patgen, but I can't get it to work (some have said it doesn't support UTF-8?).
I would like to use the output for Hunspell as well as Tex.
