Basically yes, but I assume that the portion of the middle stem that's
above the "stem junction" shall be drawn here, too - is that right? In
this case it would be convenient to issue a TeX line based on the known
parameters of the sloped stems, i.e. to determine the stem's starting
point from the length and slope of the other stems instead of adjusting
the stem by trial-and-error. Attached is an experimental macro and
example how this could work (referring to the same slopedlines.tex as
posted within my previous mail).

Arguments #2 and #3 of \stemwithoutnote are meant as follows: Assumed
that the central, noteless stem shall join a sloped stem issued by
\latexline(A,B)C, then #2 must equal B*C and #3 must equal A.

In the example, the central stem seems to be a bit right-shifted out of
the central position, but this corresponds to the fact that all upward
stems are right-justified (not centered) with the note head. I don't
know whether this is okay here.
