The problem is that when PMX computes the line breaking, it doesn't yet know
whether extra space will be needed for accidentals, so it just ignores them.
You have stumbled on the rare combination of events that leads to an
unsatisfactory result: (1) lots of fast notes with (2) lots of accidentals that
(3) all happen to fall on the same line. The best recourse at this point is
manual line breaking. In truth there was a time long ago when I experimented
with an iterative procedure to "optimize" the line breaking. I don't have time
to experiment with it now...if you care to, try an option "-o" on the pmx
command line. But be warned that for a long piece it will take some time, and
it can only deal with single movements with no forced line breaks.
