It's basically the same procedure as in Linux. In MiKTeX
I suggest you add the files in the local tree (start
the "MiKTeX Options" configuration utility and click on
"Roots" to find the directory path). As usual, put font
files below fonts\ and tex files below tex\. Don't forget
to update the filename database when everything is in place
(again using the configuation utility).
