Yes, but my next question would be: What to do in case of
5 staffs with 4 voices...

But to shorten this: I think an automatic PMX generator
with sufficient stability has to restrict the PMX export
capabiltites to:

        - 2 lines of music per staff
        - triplets with either equal elements except the
          last element is a rest
        - or triplets with 2 different elements with
          a ratio 2:1 ('D') or 3:1 ('F') except the
          last elemet is a rest

Of cource, if a human produces the PMX file, he/she can
"beat" the PMX source so long till it does what he/she wants.
But a program.... ???
