It's not in PMX right now, and it would take a fair amount of
programming. You can manually change the height of each one
individually, but I suppose you want something more automatic. You
might be able to write some in-line TeX that would replace the ornament
of your choice with the dynamic of your choice. The vertical placement
rules for standard ornaments ought to work for single, standard,
letter-group dynamics, or ordinary text dynamics. Horizontal position is
likely to be a little off. Hairpins are probably another story.
