Hi Don,

It should be easy to create the \teenynotesize definition according to 
\tinynotesize, but it would be necessary to update also the font 
selection routines choosing the right font according to the scaling 
factor set by the \...notesize macros.

The 11pt fonts are used for \tinynotesize when \smallmusicsize (i.e. 
base music font size of 16pt) is used.
