I've just uploaded a new bug fix version
http://icking-music-archive.sunsite.dk/software/pmx/pmx2342.zip
which addresses the following issues:
Bugfix to recognize relative octave shift in grace at start of input
block. (Thanks Thorsten) Note: this only comes into play when the grace
inherits its octave from the last note of the prior block. Although PMX can
handle this, personally I don't recommend ever using that capability; to
make editing easier, you should always explicitly set the octave in every
line of music at the start of every input block.
Bugfix to handle xtups starting with rest and containing both 1- and
no-flag black notes (Thanks Andre). Note: in these situations, I've taken
the easy way out and left the 1-flag notes UNbeamed. Otherwise there would
be beams starting and ending at random places within the xtup...way to
complicated for my aging brain to deal with :-) However, somewhat to my
surprise, you can "D"ouble the starting rest of the xtup, although this will
likewise cause the remaining notes to be unbeamed if they are
single-flagged.
In make2bar, initialize islhgt=0 earlier than before as possible
solution to Suse g77 compile problem that I could not reproduce. (Thanks
Bernhard, but this may not do the job).
