However, I have a wish for the continuo number: In all modern editions, unfortunately also in those typeset with pmx, the numbers are far too small, at least for older players with limited eye adaptation . In contrast, it is a pleasure to play from the original typesets: The numbers are large, readily visible and usually over the continuo voice. In the modern editions, a sharpened 4 is difficult to distinguish from a normal one because the stroke is so small.
