This could be caused by unrecorded blank spaces in the TeX file while
musixflx is active.  The thing that works for me is to put a "%" at the end
of every line of TeX.  If that doesn't stop the problem, please post a small
example that demonstrates it.

By the way, after struggling with raw TeX for a suitable period of penance,
you may want to consider using PMX.  It does all the worrying about %'s, and
does lots of other good stuff besides.
