Hello Alexandros, I remember having considered hacking something like this quite a while ago, but I came to think that it is somewhat complicated. (One reason is: Between staff lines, the dots have to be synchronized with the interline space so that they do not fall onto the lines themselves, whereas between staves of a system, they must evenly fill the interstaff space which is an arbitrarily scalable dimension.)
This will thus be solution that can't be coded just on the fly. Maybe I've got some time next week to have a look at it. If you can afford to be patient a bit (or somebody else comes up with a solution earlier than me) ...
