Something like that, yes. Although, what this seems to do is put two staves 
on the first line, and then the rest of the piece goes in a third staff, 
beginning on the second line. It would be nice if I could do it in two 
staves, with the second beginning on the same line as the first, only 
advanced enough to make room for the first staff.

Also, the first staff seems to be set a bit higher than the second. I am 
using the tiny size for these systems, in case that influences things.
