Hello all, TeX-related if not directly concerned with music: Can anyone suggest a quick and easy way to convert a BMP, JPG, GIF (or whatever) image to EPS format? Or is there an (equally quick and easy) way to insert a BMP, JPG, GIF (or whatever) image in a TeX document (*not* LaTeX!!) without first converting to EPS?
