Right. I thought I answered this question just a few days ago. For a turn,
try inserting this line into your PMX file:
\\def\mtr#1{\zcharnote{#1}{\kern.9pt\musicsmallfont\char68}}\
Then use the undocumented "os" just like any other PMX ornament and you
should get a turn. If you don't like this particular size or placement or
parity, season to taste.
