Due to weird problems found by Jean-Pierre Coulon with 128th beams (5
beams) I had to make corrections to MusiXTeX (it will be version T.111).
Finally, I found it easier to include all 128th notes inside
musixtex.tex.

I have checked the risk of overflowing the number of registers, and
after running "latex musixdoc.tex" (which invokes LaTeX and nearly all
additional files of musixtex) I get:

\v:pos=\skip216
\v:ht=\dimen208

This means that it used only 216 skip registers (maximum is 255)
and 208 dimension registers (maximum is 255).

---> Do you agree that musixbm.tex is now included in musixtex.tex?
