Caution: using absolute pitch references this way can confuse PMX. Since I
rarely transpose anything, I always use numeric pitch references (count the
bottom line as 0) for all inline TeX. There's a way around this using "!"
but I don't know the details since I never use it. It's mentioned on p.39 of
the MusiXTeX manual version 1.10.
