Yes, for a hymnbook of gregorian and `modern' music, but for sheet music I use PMX/M-Tx

I'm quite happy with OpusTeX for gregorian notation, but it would make it easier to be 
able to combine PMX

The lining up the text witht he music is important, having a way to put in the spaces 
between words which will stretch, and making sure the syllables in the words neatly 
join together under the neumes so you don't have to use too many hyphens.
