Thanks for taking care of this promptly, Don.  By the way, in pmxbeta.html
you inadvertently wrote "2.414" instead of "2.415".

Without having tried this fix (or PMX at all), I fear that the result
may not be entirely satisfactory.  I used \smallppff to conform to
industry standards.  I think that whoever programmed the original
(unbroken) brackets used \smalltype\it because the "3" must appear
above or below the bracket line, and there may not be enough room for
a full-size "3".  But the smaller figures are harder to read, especially
if the performer expects the larger figures.
