Take a look at my PMX manual, on the WIMA (Werner Icking Musical
Archive), the Section on "Running PMX", and the batch file on
p.12, in particular (I should add that if you don't use PMX, but
straight MusiXTeX -- do you really?? -- the pmxab step needs to be
deleted, of course).
In this same section I suggest you ask for individual help from this
list. That you have done. If this batch (or something like it)
doesn't work for you, don't hesitate to ask again!
