Many thanks to Cornelius and Andre who showed me the right command
to shrink the page size.
Unfortunately, scor2prt still gives me problems.
Here there is the short example I made. I worked out that I have
to put lyrics in that odd place, otherwise scor2prt applies them
to the bass line: but this is not a problem, since I need the full
file just to build the MIDI file.
The odd things are:
- the staff is short, but notes and lyrics use the whole page;
- tie is not recognized, and indeed it seems lyrics are a syllabe
short;
- preamble has fracindent hardcoded.
