[TeX-music] Optional breath marks?

Can an optional breath mark be done? In formatting beginner flute music, 
this is very common. (,) instead of , ...

Thanks for any info, Oh, I am using pmx. I know I can include tex commands, 
but if a pmx method were available, that would be nice.
