Dear all,
Hiroaki was so kind to send me again the attachments which were
deleted from his latest message to the list.
I think that the problem lies *in the extension* .tex (the actual
reason is more complicated: if my hack works, I'd be happy to
explain it to people interested in knowing what happened).
So I am sending those files with extension changed into .txt .
Please retrieve and rename them, to see if they arrive at all :-)
and are not mangled during the transmission!
