Como podra conseguir la partitura de Susana un da de Orlando di Lasso?.[blablabla] but to come back to the original question: very often, a simple google search with the title of the piece and the name of the composer will do the job. Just that you have to add some keywords like "free", "sheet music", "edition" etc to avoid lots of CD advertisings (most of them even out of sold)
I couldn't retrieve that one with Google, even when specifying www.cpdl.org in the Domain field. So IMO the initial question was constructive.
I am not aware of any sheet-music oriented search engine, although some sites claim they are, like http://www.free-scores.com/
You should suggest Google to add "sheet music" into their formats along with Acrobat, Word, Excel, etc. :-) In the meantime Googles allows you to exclude "CD" from the results.
