Normally, when the number of bars is to be augmented, the method is making a dummy first page with the maximum numver of staff and then void this page (throwing the first printed page away).

In trying to have a more elegant method, for an organ piece that starts without 'pedal' staff (starting with 2 staffs and ending with 3), i orrowed the tric that is used for putting 3 voices in a staff.

Putting the staffs apart and moving the lower staff on the middle, taken the same clef, meter and key signature for the lower 2 staffs:

\\interstaff{13}\setinterinstrument1{-13\Interligne}\

when later on 3 staffs are needed then

\\interstaff{13}\setinterinstrument0\Interligne}\ could be used

This works nice but not when taking a new movement together with a new page, the first system on the new page is messed up (it can be solved by omitting the new movement, but the the keysignatures then are no more on the place where i want them}

I have an example, stripped from a larger file (the hight of the notes is changed on some places, but still it shows the bad system on the second page. The pdf and the pmx source are here:

I very much like to get some advice on this, thanks on beforehand,

Andre
