Sorry, it's another known feature of PMX-midi: Only one tie at a time is
recognized in any one line of music. You could get two at a time by adding a
second line of music in the same voice, or you could get more by just adding
more voices.

BTW I have often had to make a modified version of the PMX file for midi.

Anyone else have other ideas about tricking PMX to make midi chords?
