FWIW, I cannot reproduce Roland's error in Windows. Using the Win32 binary
from mtxP060c-win32.zip, I get all the same M-Tx compile warnings as Roland,
up to and including the second "WARNING in preamble". I get nothing about
"Valid sizes."  After that it finishes, and the generated PMX file compiles
OK.
