Just add \\let\oldgeneralsignature\generalsignature\ at the beginning, for
example:
\\def\shiftbarno{2.5\Interligne}\ % line 37
\\let\oldgeneralsignature\generalsignature\ % add this line
and then change the signature like this:
K+0+2
\\\def\generalsignature#1{\oldgeneralsignature{#1}\setsign4{0}\setsign5{3}}\
according to your needs.
