I have tried the new musixtex and pmx on a file that had to much voices in
previous versions (in fact 9 staves, but many of them with 2 voices)
I have extracted a test file
on running it shows:
This is PMX, version 2523 , 24 jun 10
In the second pass it gives:
Bar 1 Bar 2 Abnormal stop in putdyn
If i remove 'D"V"+16' in the last-1 line then it runs
