Just put before the body of your PMX sheet:
\\font\J="Hiragino Mincho Pro W3" at 20pt\
Then, in your Tt, something like:
Suzumiya Haruhi no Y\=uutsu - {\J 野球は青春との接触}
By the way, by the way: does anyone know what is the default font size used in
the title (Tt), so I can specify it for the Japanese font? I couldn't find it
in the manuals.
Obviously, if anyone has a better idea, I'm interested as well.

P. S. – I hesitated to put “the^Wa solution” in the title instead, but that
would have been REALLY geeky.
