If anyone gets the same problem (Windows encoding) :
 1/ check for plainenc.tex on your HD : if necessary, download it
 2/ add \\input plainenc\relax\inputencoding{ansinew}\ under PMX

It works for the whole body of the document. That is : it doesn't work with the
title, the author, and the staffs' names.

Should you write the command at the beginning of the TeX-file - that is under
PMX :
---
\input plainenc\relax\inputencoding{ansinew}
---

 1/ You can't load musixtex (neither musixmad, neither ... ?)
 2/ If you have a special character in \readmod{...}, the score will look
strange.

My solution to this problem :
 1/ In the TeX file, write "\input plainenc\relax\inputencoding{ansinew}" just
before the names of the staffs
 2/ If necessary, comment the line \readmod{...}
Actually, I have no idea what the use of \readmod is.
This solution isn't really satisfying - one have manually to rewrite the TeX
file -, but I couldn't find a better one.

Good afternoon,
Xavier
