Now I understand. You're referring to the \includepdf command of the pdfpages package at CTAN (rather than http://www.oehive.org/pdfinclude). And I guess "the ABC package" refers to http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/abc The abc package lets you include lines of music written in the ABC Plus language. The package will then employ the \write18 facility to convert your notation to PostScript (using the established utility abcm2ps). >|When I say TeX score, I'm thinking of i.e. MusiXTeX. The hypothetical panmus would convert abc notation into musixtex notation or one of its precursors, but that's not what the abc package does. And I doubt you'd find abc -> musixtex conversion to be easier to use than the abc package or \includepdf or, for that matter, PMX or M-Tx.
