Since so far I've gotten no feedback at all on PMX version 2.622, I'm sure I
can safely assume that everything in it works absolutely perfectly :-), and
am working on assembling a full release package which will be called version
2.7.

In the process of updating the manual I've encountered a LaTeX puzzle. I'm
using \begin{verbatim} ... \end{verbatim} to enter some short sample PMX
source files. I'd like them to come out in typewriter font but in a smaller
size than the basic text. Can anyone tell me how to do that? I'd be willing
to abandon using verbatim and use {\tt ...} instead, but I don't want to
have to force a linebreak at every line; I'd need to temporarily suppress
indenting the first line; and I'd still want to make the text smaller than
the default.
