Sorry, 20 was not correct, I tried again with the latest musixflx and
found that it stopped working in the 2nd run after 184 pieces. The whole book 
would
contain nearly 400 pieces. All the individual pieces work with no problem.

I have appended the log file of the compilation which also contains the
TeX sources which were included.
