The quod.pdf I attached won't display properly unless you have JazzText-Regular.pfb installed; this is because the font has a licensing restriction that prevents embedding. I imagine the ttf has a similar issue. In other words, they're useless. It's possible that fontforge could remove that restriction but that goes beyond what I'm prepared to do.
