Not really, but here are some things to try--

(1) I assume you know the manual height adjustment e.g. r4-2

(2) use a macro

(3) try the global Keyboard rest option AK, which only is active when there are 
two voice on a staff. It will avoid any collisions between rests in on voice 
and notes in another.
